Yoga is an act of remembering. The breath brings us back, the mind quiets, the body softens, the heart opens.

In my classes, we move and breathe with awareness. We rest in stillness. We explore themes like compassion, presence, and letting go—drawn from Buddhist and yogic wisdom, open to all. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, open, and peaceful.

What to expect

Meditation

Slow down to remember. This poweful practice of turning inward will guide you towards the peace and contentment that is always available within you.

Mindful movement

By moving mindfully, we’ll rediscover the magic of embodied presence. Connect breath to movement, quiet the mind, and open the heart.

Breathwork

The breath brings us back. We’ll practice simple yogic breathing techniques to reconnect with our calm, and find our center.

Dharma

Awaken to your innate wisdom. In each class, we’ll explore themes like mettā (loving-kindness), impermanence, and the sacred pause.
