{⬤},Yoga is an act of remembering.

Remember who you really are. The breath brings us back, the mind quiets, the body softens, the heart opens.

Slow Flow Yoga & Meditation

This 75-minute Slow Flow + Meditation class is an invitation to turn inward and reconnect with yourself. With fewer shapes and more time in each one, you’ll have the opportunity to explore body, breath, and sensation through slow, intentional movement.

Throughout the practice, you’ll be encouraged to notice what’s present—breath, sensation, feeling— with curiosity and openness. Rather than striving for a particular shape, we make space to listen and respond to the body as it is.

All are welcome. Come as you are.

Each class concludes with a shared vegan dinner, offering time to connect and build community after practice.

What to expect

Meditation & Breathwork

Slow down, settle in, and come home to the present moment. I begin each class with a simple guided meditation and breathwork to help students transition from the day and arrive in the present.

Mindful movement

Rediscover the magic of embodied presence. Throughout class, you’ll be encouraged to notice what’s present—breath, sensation, feeling—with curiosity and openness. Rather than striving for a particular shape, we make space to listen and respond to the body as it is.

Dharma

Awaken to your innate wisdom. In each class, I’ll weave in wisdom teachings, like loving-kindness (mettā), impermanence (annica), and non-attachment—drawn from Buddhist and yogic wisdom, open to all.
